Need To Know

What is expected of me as a guest during our stay?

While we realize we all have busy lives and work can be a large part of that, we ask that you please refrain from discussing work related items.
We truly want this to be a relaxing couple of days, not only for ourselves but for our guests, as well. Beltane Ranch is a beautiful property and we're hoping you're able to relax and celebrate with us without any distractions. 

Are cell phones allowed during the ceremony?

ABSOLUTELY NOT!
You will be asked to place your phone in a basket prior to the ceremony. 

Is there a dress code?

Yes! The dress code is Semi-Formal/Garden Party Attire. We recommend a suit and tie & cocktail dresses. No jeans, please! Additionally, the ground/lawn may be soft so re-think stilettos.

Also, prepare for temperatures in the 70s during the day and low 50s during the night.
As for the rehearsal dinner, the dress attire is semi-formal. 

will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both will be held outdoors. Dinner will also be provided following the reception. We recommend a light jacket for the evening as heat lamps will be provided during that time.

is there parking available at the venue?

Yes! There is complimentary guest parking. Signs will be posted at the entrance of the venue to direct you to the appropriate lot. 

are the cermony and reception location walker/wheelchair accessible?

Yes!
